How to set MINDSET to do anything

I want to start with an example of famous Indian cricketer captain Virat Kohli; one out of all their interview a journalist asked to Virat kohli that what is difficult for them to keep himself fit -
  • Is this to work on fitness?
  • To care his diet?
  • Or to care his own MINDSET?
Virat Kohli answered - definitely MINDSET is the most hardest thing to care because if my mindset is clear then no doubt I can work on fitness & also can care of diet. But if my mindset imbalance then both of thease will be imbalanced.

The conclusion of this interview is that Mindset plays most important role in a successful work.

Now , questions is that HOW to care of mindset?
At first , I am saying to you think that what can be it's answer.think....... think............
It's answer is very simple, the method to keep care of MINDSET is as same as to care of body. You know that if you will eats low energy food then certainly your body has low energy & if you eats high energy food then surely your body will get high energy.
But your test in which.......... In high energy foods (like : fruits , vegetables) or low energy foods (fast food)
      { High energy food requires low process to digest & low energy food requires high energy to digest. }
But your test in which to consume a well cooked 🥔 potato or to consume potato chips. Surely your intreset in potato chips whether you knows well that it's not good.

     You understand what is the root of problem! Now ,relate this same fact with your mindset.
One side, a kind of food by which your energy increases but here's no interest & another side that kind of thoughts/visuals that's aren't good for your mind but intreset in this.
 Where's the more fun , to do praise anyone or to do evil anyone? ; surely more fun in to do evil anyone. From early morning to let night what you watches (news , serial, webseries) ; is all of these aren't garbage in your mind ? Surely it's garbage. Is motivation spreads faster or any gossip? Certainly gossip spreads faster because most of the people are more interested in gossip rather than motivation. 
     The conclusion of above paragraph is that in most of the cases our interest isn't according to our good.
 Means a person whose mindset is okay then he can care of his fitness , diet , relationship , financial conditions & as well as other issues.

Now , the biggest question rises 
HOW TO CONTROL MINDSET IN ACTUAL?
                         It's answer is that gain positive information. 
Here's also will excuse some people that our environment isn't this kind so I want to say them no one (except you) will hear your excuse . If you want to become successful then you need to exclude your excuse . You have examples : like (as we above talked) Virat Kohli.
The choice to gain information is yours so don't give any excuse to blaming your environment. Here's we are talking about the inside environment, we aren't talking about outside environment. Those who can manage their inside environment proper ; outside will automatically managed according to that one.

One other question rises that
Why about this topic I never think yet ?
That's why anyone hadn't talked about this topic; Is there in school or in college anyone discussed this topic ?.....no
According to my thoughts this topic should be added in our education system.

   If you will consume garbage then definitely will produce garbage [GARBAGE IN GARBAGE OUT}.

I am from India so I will talk about here that here's a high amout of educated illiterate because they are full of books knowledge but they have lack of policy. For example :: a man visiting in park spitting with saying that there is so much mess? 
Means educated illiterate , stupid, fake!
I observed one thing that thease fake persons sends positive message to others on mobile phone means all positive message on your mobile phones comes by those people those are fake in reality.
This is as same as a man who isn't build body & heard all the facts of bodybuilding & now he is teaching to others bodybuilding. After it any person will ask him that if it happened then what? Then he has no answer because he didn't it practically. Meanwhile information is useful only those cases where you will understand that HOW TO UNDERSTAND?
Meanwhile our target isn't to get anwer our target to getting questions from your question.


Mean you have two kind of info. , One keep thinking from your own mind & other one is get answer without using mind mainly we can say that first info is opening your mind & second one is closing your mind but to identify between both of these is possible by rare people's. As well as you get it you started to feeling uncomfortable because you aren't habitual for it. But one time you will paas it then you will start to change, and after it after it you can find solutions of your normal life by yourself.
